On Friday, January 24, the McKinney Christian Lady Mustangs basketball team played against Dallas Christian. The game was characterized by strong defense and determined efforts to drive to the rim. The final score was 36-55 in favor of Dallas Christian. Junior Sadie Zbranek contributed 12 points and recorded 6 steals, while freshman Elizabeth Thompson also scored 12 points and made 4 steals. Thompson reflected on the game, stating, "Our team stepped it up and performed much better than the last time we faced DC. Although we didn't win, we competed well and worked effectively as a team."
