On Tuesday, September 3, the McKinney Christian Academy Lady Mustangs played Wylie Prep High School. The Mustangs unfortunately lost in three straight sets, the scores in the first set being 24-26 where Lady Mustangs had a steady lead until at the end of the set when Wylie Prep made a comeback and ended up winning. In the second set, the score was 18-25. In the last set, Wylie Prep worked hard and they won the game with the score being 11-25. Even though it was a tough loss, this game had made some great achievements. Senior Mia Gunn, was recognized for recording 1000 career digs. Senior Kadence Ackmann, also recorded 1000 career assists.

Their next game is on Thursday, September 5, against Lake Country Christian School at home.
