On Tuesday, November 19, the McKinney Christian Academy women's Varsity basketball team lost to Prestonwood North. They put up a good fight, but they ended up losing 42-63. The top two scorers of the game were freshman Elizabeth Thompson with 14 points and freshman Petra Westra with nine points. When freshman Isabella Melton was interviewed about the game, she said, "We started off the game really slow but we got better as we finished the game. It was an off game for us but we still kept fighting for the ball all the way until the buzzer sounded."

Their next game is on Friday, November 22, against Coram Deo Flower Mound.
